A Week With Ganpati BappaCelebrating Faith, Devotion, and Unity at Perennial
On August 27th, Perennial Systems welcomed not just a divine presence but also an opportunity for togetherness, as we celebrated the Sthapana of Lord Ganesha in our office. What made the occasion truly special was that it wasn’t only perennial people who gathered but our families joined us too, filling the space with warmth, laughter, and devotion.
This wasn’t just an office celebration. For seven days, Perennial became a home for shared prayers, cultural expression, eco-friendly traditions, and the joy of being together as one big family.
The Sthapana: The Moment Bappa Made Perennial His Home
The first day began with the Sthapana ceremony, where Lord Ganesha was welcomed with rituals, chants, and flowers. This year, Bappa carried even deeper meaning, crafted from eco-friendly sand, symbolizing our responsibility to celebrate sustainably.
Families stood shoulder to shoulder with team members, taking part in the puja with equal enthusiasm. Children ran around with curiosity while elders blessed the occasion with folded hands. It was more than tradition, it was faith building stronger bonds across teams and families alike.

A Week Woven With Faith and Joy
From the 27th onwards, the office transformed into a sacred, festive space. Each morning and evening began with aarti, where the ringing of bells, rhythmic claps, and fragrance of incense created an atmosphere of devotion.
Every department took turns leading the day’s prayers and decorating the altar. This brought unique ideas into the celebrations:
Because of this rotation, no two aartis felt the same. Each team’s creativity gave the rituals freshness, while keeping devotion at the center.

Families Who Turned Rituals Into Togetherness
What stood out most was the presence of families throughout the week. Little ones tried to sing along during the aarti, while spouses and parents actively participated in pujas and decorations. Their involvement made the celebrations whole.

For Perennial, inviting families wasn’t just about tradition, it reflected our culture of inclusivity. Festivals are more meaningful when shared, and this week reminded us that our values extend far beyond work.
Decorations That Wove Faith, Creativity, and Love
Beyond rituals, the celebrations became a canvas of collective effort. Every corner of the office came alive with flowers, rangolis, and handmade décor. Teams collaborated not only on the altar but across workspaces, ensuring the festive spirit touched the whole office.

The same enthusiasm carried into the Visarjan preparations, where everyone pitched in to design a visarjan space filled with gratitude and color. This joint effort turned the office into more than a workplace, it became a family gathering.
Visarjan Wrapped in Love and Devotion
The final day brought a mix of emotions, gratitude for the joy of the past week, and a tender sadness as we prepared to bid farewell to Bappa.
Families, children, and colleagues all joined hands to decorate the Visarjan space. The chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya!” filled the air as we carried Him with love, music, and devotion.
As the bappa was immersed, it felt less like an end and more like a promise that Bappa would return next year, and that the spirit of togetherness we experienced this week would stay with us.

Ganpati at Perennial, A Celebration That Became Family
At Perennial, Ganpati isn’t just about rituals. It’s about what happens when faith meets culture, when colleagues become family, and when joy is shared across generations.
This year, we celebrated an eco-friendly Ganesh Chaturthi, welcomed families into the heart of our traditions, and gave every team the chance to lead, create, and contribute. For seven days, our office wasn’t just a workplace — it was a space of belonging and celebration.
✨ Ganpati Bappa Morya! Here’s to carrying forward His blessings into everything we do at Perennial.
