A software technologist with over 19 years of experience. His diverse work experience ranges from being a trainer, software developer, technical team-lead, product architect, technical communicator and CTO of a start-up, making his expertise unique for us. He works with technology-driven start-up organizations, helping them conceptualizing the right solution, researching and prototyping the solution structure and helping the development team in preparing development road-map and other necessary technical artifacts. He is a hands-on person - he still loves to code - and works very closely with the senior developers of the client organizations.
He has worked in areas that include e-Payment protocols, middleware for integrating complex applications using CORBA, Massively Multiplayer Game servers, Event-driven business intelligence and transaction-aware framework for large Enterprise Order Management and Resource planning. His specialities include distributed server design, application protocol based on TCP/IP, high-performance message-based application design and semantic data modelling.
Nirmalya has done post-graduation in computer applications with focus on Theory of computer science, Data Structures and Programming, Operating System, Numerical Methods
At Perennial, he is the point-of-contact for designing and development of sophisticated solutions for our customers. He also guides and mentors the development and delivery team, helping them to adopt Agile Development Methodologies and to focus on the quality of the solution
Milind Limaye
Quality Head and Process Manager
Milind holds 10+ years of experience in software industry (Projects, products and third party testing), working with companies such as Microsoft, Merged HealthCare US and Canada, Toshiba, Patni Americas and Incotec Software, France.
During all these years, Milind has devoted his career towards quality control and project management. He has been head of SQA and Metrics council, assessment team member for CMMI Level IV implementation and facilitator for TQM, TQA and QIT. He has acted as lead auditor for ISO 9000 and with his expertise, Milind has successfully consulted organizations for Defect prevention, Audit capability, Metrics program etc.
Milind holds graduate degree in mechanical engineering from Government engineering College Amravati. He has done post-graduation in business management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Moreover he is an Ex-certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) from QAI US.
At Perennial, Milind has been at the forefront of our agile implementation methodology. He is also responsible for ensuring processes for ISO 9001:2008 are followed appropriately and internal audits are conducted regularly.
